General
- All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted except as outlined in our Shipping, Returns & Cancellations Policy.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
- We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. This includes orders placed under the same account, credit card, or billing/shipping address.
- In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing, or phone contact provided at the time of purchase.
Customer Information
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
- You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card details, so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
Pricing and Availability
- Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, service, or content at any time without notice.
- We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product or service.
- Returns for non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee, as outlined in our Shipping, Returns & Cancellations Policy.
Orders and Cancellations
- We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
- We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders under the same account, credit card, or billing/shipping address.
- Customers may request to cancel or change an order prior to shipment if the products have not been tinted or customized. Some changes may require cancelling and re-placing the order to ensure correct shipping charges.
- Tinted materials, custom-mixed products, custom sample boards, and tools are final sale.
Training and Installation Services
- Training and installation services are provided as scheduled and are non-refundable once confirmed.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled service date.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, adjust schedules, or modify training content as needed.
Shipping and International Orders
- We ship primarily within Canada. International orders may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
- We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, or issues caused by customs processing or carrier handling once the order has left our facility.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier takes possession of the order.
Liability
- We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages once orders have been transferred to the carrier.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer when the carrier takes possession of the shipment.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Governing Law
- These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
