Shipping, Returns & Cancellations Policy

General Policy

All sales are final. However, exceptions may be made in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, or under the specific conditions outlined in this policy.

Placed Orders (Prior to Shipping or Pickup)

  • Orders may be cancelled or changed only if the products have not been tinted, custom-mixed, or otherwise customized.

  • If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately by phone or email.

  • Once an order has been shipped or prepared for carrier pickup, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipped or Picked-Up Orders

  • Products that are untinted, unused, and in original packaging may be eligible for a refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refused Deliveries 

Refusing a delivery does not qualify a customer for a refund or chargeback.

Any order refused at delivery will be treated as a standard return and is subject to these conditions:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping, carrier “return to sender” charges, and any additional carrier fees are the customer's responsibility.
  • Final sale items (tools, tinted products, custom-mixed materials, custom sample boards) are not eligible for refunds, even if refused.
  • If the package is damaged during the return process due to refusal, loss in value may be deducted from any eligible refund.
  • A refused delivery does not cancel the order.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that refusing delivery does not bypass the return policy or justify a credit card chargeback.

Final Sale Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Tools
  • Tinted or custom-mixed products
  • Custom sample boards

Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery (within Canada): Typically 3–7 business days
  • Processing Time: 1–5 business days (most ship within 1–2 days)
  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout
  • For expedited processing or alternative shipping options, please contact us before placing your order.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control once the order has left our facility.

In-Store Pickup

  • We will notify you by email or phone once your order is ready for pickup.
  • Pickup location:
    5100 South Service Road, Unit 3, Burlington, Ontario
    (We will specify whether pickup is at the front or back door).

Order Confirmation

  • Your card will be charged at checkout.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is processed.
  • If an item is unavailable, we may refund the order and ask you to resubmit it without the unavailable item.

If a customer does not receive tracking emails, this does not invalidate proof of shipment or delivery scans provided by the carrier.

Shipping Your Order

  • In-stock orders typically ship within 5 business days.
  • Tracking information is provided within 24 hours of shipment.
  • Standard delivery after shipment is approximately 3–7 business days.

Once the carrier takes possession of the order, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.
At that moment, the order is considered shipped and can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping & International Orders

  • We primarily ship within Canada.
  • International orders may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
  • International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for customs delays, carrier handling issues, or additional border-related costs once the order has left our facility.

Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations or Order Changes

  • Orders may be cancelled or changed prior to shipment if the products have not been tinted.
  • Please call or email us immediately if you wish to make changes.
  • Some changes may require cancelling and re-placing the order to ensure correct shipping charges.
  • Tinted, custom-mixed materials, custom sample boards, and tools are final sale.

Returns

Our return window lasts 30 days from the date of delivery or pickup.

  • Tools, custom sample boards, and tinted or custom-mixed materials are non-refundable.

  • Returns for non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours with photo evidence.

Returned products must be received and inspected before a refund is issued.
Chargebacks filed before inspection will be disputed using carrier and warehouse documentation.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the product.
