CALCE & CLAY NATURAL STONE

Calce & Clay Natural Stone is a natural wall finish made from clay and lime. A highly textured plaster designed to recreate striking effects inspired by rock, natural stone, and rustic surfaces. It brings a warm, earthy character with a refined matte appearance, while helping maintain a fresh, comfortable space by balancing humidity, reducing odours, and naturally resisting mold and dust.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Prepare the surface with Primer RV.

Mix Calce & Clay Natural Stone powder with 30% water. If colouring, add the pigment to the water first and adjust the total water amount accordingly.

Apply the first coat evenly using a stainless steel trowel and allow it to dry completely. Apply a second, thicker coat and work the material to achieve the desired stone or textured effect.

Lightly sand the second coat with 80 grit before fully dry, then repeat sanding once dry until the desired look is achieved.

Finish by applying Velatura sealer diluted 1:1 with water.

For decorative variations:

• Add mica for a subtle shimmer effect.

• Add Murano glass for a more decorative, reflective finish, and polish with fine grits once dry to enhance brilliance.
