1-Day Decorative Paints Training

Our Decorative Paints 1-Day Training is an in-person, hands-on course for painters, faux finishers, and anyone who wants to learn how to create beautiful decorative wall effects using professional materials.

Held at our Burlington location, this full-day class guides you through working with premium decorative products including Feel, Rust Style, Suspense, Caravaggio, and Arthe Metal. You will learn how each material behaves, how to apply it correctly, and how to control your tools to create clean, professional finishes.

During the day, your instructor will demonstrate and guide you through key decorative techniques such as Random/Spatolato, Broccato, Canvas (Fabric Effect), Arabesque, and Strié. Each technique is explained step-by-step, from surface preparation to final look.

This is a fully hands-on training. You will practice each effect yourself, work directly with the materials, and receive live feedback on your application, tool pressure, movement, and overall finish quality.

This course is suitable for any skill level—from beginners looking to learn decorative finishes for the first time, to experienced painters and faux finishers wanting to expand their services.
