Shipping, Returns & Cancellations Policy<\/h3>

General Policy<\/strong><\/p>

All sales are final. <\/strong>However, exceptions may be made in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, or under the specific conditions outlined in this policy.<\/p>

Placed Orders (Prior to Shipping or Pickup)<\/strong><\/p>

  • Orders may be cancelled or changed only if<\/strong> the products have not been tinted, custom-mixed, or otherwise customized.<\/p><\/li>

  • If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately by phone or email.<\/p><\/li>

  • Once an order has been shipped or prepared for carrier pickup, it cannot be cancelled.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Shipped or Picked-Up Orders<\/strong><\/p>

    • Products that are untinted, unused, and in original packaging<\/strong> may be eligible for a refund or exchange if returned within 30 days<\/strong> of delivery or pickup.<\/p><\/li>

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.<\/p><\/li>

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.<\/li><\/ul>

      Refused Deliveries\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

      Refusing a delivery does not<\/strong> qualify a customer for a refund or chargeback.<\/p>

      Any order refused at delivery will be treated as a standard return<\/strong> and is subject to these conditions:<\/p>

      • Original shipping charges are non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>
      • Return shipping, carrier \u201creturn to sender\u201d charges, and any additional carrier fees are the customer’s responsibility<\/strong>.<\/li>
      • Final sale items<\/strong> (tools, tinted products, custom-mixed materials, custom sample boards) are not eligible for refunds<\/strong>, even if refused.<\/li>
      • If the package is damaged during the return process due to refusal, loss in value may be deducted from any eligible refund.<\/li>
      • A refused delivery does not cancel the order<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>

        By placing an order, customers acknowledge that refusing delivery does not<\/strong> bypass the return policy or justify a credit card chargeback.<\/p>

        • Tinted or custom-mixed products<\/li>
        • Custom sample boards<\/li><\/ul>

          Delivery Time<\/strong><\/p>

          • Standard Delivery (within Canada):<\/strong> Typically 3\u20137 business days<\/li>
          • Processing Time:<\/strong> 1\u20135 business days (most ship within 1\u20132 days)<\/li>
          • Shipping Fees:<\/strong> Calculated at checkout<\/li>
          • For expedited processing or alternative shipping options, please contact us before placing your order.<\/li><\/ul>

            We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control once the order has left our facility.<\/p>
