Description
LIME-BASED MARMORINO PLASTER
Encausto Fiorentino is a lime-based marmorino plaster formulated with natural mineral components. It creates a medium-grain decorative finish that can be refined or gently textured, offering flexibility in design while maintaining the breathable, mould-resistant qualities of traditional lime plaster.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Standard Application
Prepare the surface with the appropriate primer for the substrate.
Apply the first coat of Encausto Fiorentino with a stainless steel trowel to create an even, uniform base. Once dry, apply a second coat only when the desired finish or technique requires additional build or refinement. As the material begins to set, compact and smooth the surface with the trowel to achieve the classic semi-flat marmorino appearance.
Not suitable for wet areas.
